Saturday the 23 of February an RV Park meeting was held at the Post Home. The purpose was to establish a Rental Agreement, set Rental Prices, appoint an Park Manager, and up-date the attendees’ on the status of construction.

1. Prices:

Daily Rental 25.00

Weekly Rental 125.00

Monthly Rental 225.00

6 Month Rental 1200.00

Yearly Rental 2100.00

Includes water, sewer, and garbage.

Electric, cable, and telephone will be extra.

2. Reservations can only be made two weeks in advance with

50% non-refundable deposit.

3. There will be 39 lots 25x65.

4. Expected opening date is the 5^th of April 2008.

The next RV Park meeting will be Saturday the 1^st of March at 9:00 AM.

Anyone is welcome and your input is encouraged, it’s your RV Park.

The RV Park is soon becoming a reality.  The funding has been approved for $300,000.00 to build our park.  This does not mean that we have to spend all the money.  We will be doing a lot of the work ourselves to save money.  Once all the work is done and the Park open, the Bank and Post will get together to determine what our payment will be.    Money's will be put in escrow to ensure payments are met.
